I started doing photography in 2010 in South Boston, VA. A friend of mine contacted me, asking if I’d take a few pictures of her before she has her baby. I had a small Kodak Easy Share Camera at the time and thought why not. She came over to my house and we took probably 50 pictures that day, just playing around. I later put them on my computer and edited them the best I could and uploaded them on a social media site. Our friends Loved them and began asking if I would take their photos and that’s where it all started. From there I began watching tutorials and learning more about lighting, cameras, poses plus so much more.
Fast forward to now, I have had so many amazing photo sessions with some wonderful people. We’ve captured precious moments in time that they can hold on to forever.
I’m a firm believer that my job is one of the most important jobs out there-I have the responsibility and privilege of capturing some of the MOST important moments of your life. And years from now, you or someone who once knew you will be able to flip through a photo album and see those moments in time.
